  • Your contact information (name, address, phone number, email).

  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

Action on Notices

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:

  • Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content.
  • Notify the user who posted the content, if applicable, and provide them an opportunity to submit a counter-notice.

Counter-Notices

If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to contact@pornlinkhub.com:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the removed material and its former location.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address, phone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court and accepting service of process from the original complainant.

We will forward the counter-notice to the original complainant and restore the content within 10-14 business days unless the complainant notifies us of legal action.

Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to terminate accounts or access for users who repeatedly infringe copyrights, in accordance with our Terms of Use.
